As a direct importer we stock a large volume of floor and wall tiles, feature tiles, natural stone and pool tiles which are readily available from our warehouse in Staplyton, Queensland. If you are tiling a complete home, a new bathroom or planning an outside entertaining area you’ll find there are plenty of options available and ready to go from our in-stock range.
If you are undertaking a new home or major renovation and have a little bit of time on your side you may also be interested in some of our exclusive products which can be ordered in especially to suit your requirements. The product lead time will depend on the country of origin, however other factors like the time of year and Australian Customs requirements can also affect container arrivals. As a general guide the following lead times for each origin can be used as an estimate: –

- Italy – 10-12 Weeks
- Spain – 10-12 weeks
- Turkey – 12 weeks
- Indonesia – 12 weeks
At the time of order we will be able to provide a more accurate delivery time and once the order is confirmed on a vessel we will keep you updated on its arrival along the way.
Once your order is confirmed and ready you can schedule a site delivery. To avoid disappointment please book your delivery in at least 3 days prior to the required delivery date. The order must also be paid in full at the time of booking.
The standard delivery charges for areas with 60km Radius of our Distribution Warehouse located in Stapylton, Queensland are as follows:-

Online orders shipping charges are calculated at the checkout. Note prices are based on box quantity and may vary from the above standard charges. Our online shipping areas cover Queensland CBD, Metro and Regional Areas, Northern NSW, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide CBD and Metro area.

Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?
We recommend that you or your tiler be available on site or at home to give access and receive the delivery. When booking your delivery let us know where you would like the tiles placed. Tiles can unloaded onto a flat surface at the front of your house or into your garage. Once the goods have been delivered they should be checked carefully and any errors, discrepancies in quantity or damages reported within 24 hours.
We will contact you to confirm the booking date. For all local deliveries on the day of delivery our driver will contact you 1 hour before they arrive on site. For all deliveries interstate or freight arranged via independent freight companies we will provide you with the freight company con note and tracking information relevant to your delivery. You may also contact our Distribution Centre directly on 07 5549 1351 Monday to Friday between 7am and 4pm if you have any queries or concerns regarding your delivery.
Our Distribution Centre co-ordinates all customer deliveries. For areas ranging between Northern NSW and the Sunshine Coast we operate our own Heavy Rigid tray back truck which is fitted with a Manitou forklift. Tile pallets or stone crates are unloaded with the Manitou forklift and placed in either a garage, driveway or accessible area on site or front of the house.
Orders to Queensland regional areas or interstate areas will be delivered by independent an independent freight company. Our preferred freight companies are TNT and Angel Freight.
Smaller orders of up to 20 boxes or deliveries into highrise basement car parks can be carried out by the warehouse utility vehicle. If requested hand unloading can also be arranged, however these we need to be priced accordingly.
Yes, place your order online and you can collect from our Distribution Warehouse within 1-2 working days. Select customer warehouse pick-up at the check-out and we will call you to confirm the pickup time. We also accept orders over the phone if you prefer to speak to someone. Credit Card payment facilities are available at the Warehouse.

Samples are packed and sent via courier within 1-2 working days. Allow 2-3 days shipping for Queensland residence and 4-7 days for all other States within Australia.
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation and provide the courier contact and tracking numbers.
Our return policy is that we accept returns of full boxes for current stock lines within 3 months of purchase. However, Groove Tiles and Stone reserve the right to refuse to accept any credit for goods.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your tile selection prior to delivery. If the item is a currently stocked and it has not yet been delivered we can offer a refund. Generally if the item has been ordered in especially from interstate and or overseas we do not accept cancellations for change of mind. However, to be fair all cancellation requests for refund will be considered. In some cases we may approve a partial refund, a full refund or a store credit depending on the item and the quantities.
We always recommend keeping a few extra tiles aside just in case of any accidents. If you have more than a few we will gladly accept the tiles for a refund subject to our return policy.
We do not accept returns of adhesive products, mosaic, feature or decorative tiles, special indent items or items purchase as a special end of line job lot.
All credit returns are subject to a 20% handling fee. Goods are to be returned to our warehouse at 25-27 Christensen Road, Staplyton Queensland Queensland. All freight costs to return goods are at the buyers expense.
To request a return of goods, or exchange please contact your relevant sales representative at the store or email [email protected]. Credits will be issued only upon receival of approved product at the warehouse in original packaging and in good, undamaged condition.
